Corrections
If a price, a spec or a policy term in a review is wrong, send the page address and what changed, with a link to the maker's own page if you have one. Confirmed corrections are added to the review with a note.
Makers and service providers
You are welcome to tell us about a product. Sending one does not guarantee a review, a review is never shown to you before it is published, and a score cannot be bought or changed on request.
What we cannot help with
We cannot handle bookings, refunds or insurance claims, and we cannot give personal advice on which policy covers your situation. Contact the provider directly for those.
